If you really want a flat belly, the worst food you can ever eat is the food that you love the most. The food you simply cannot resist…You know what I’m talking about…
I guarantee the foods you and I simply cannot resist are not carrot sticks. In fact, these foods are ones that cause cancer, diabetes, a fat belly, and lots more damage to your body…
So, what’s yours?
Is it donuts? Maybe french fries or chips? Those trans fats are very damaging to your insides! What about mac & cheese or pizza? Soft drinks stuffed with high fructose corn syrup? Sugar-loaded muffins, cookies, and cakes? Or what about foods like pasta, cereals, and breads that most people falsely think are “healthy”?
Again, the worst foods are those that you’ll keep eating until you practically make yourself sick.
For some it’s ice cream. For others, it’s candy, chocolate, or something crunchy and salty like chips or fries. For me, it used to be any kind of bread, and almost any kind of sugary candy like jelly Bellies or red liquorish…
Years ago… Once I’d start on the okinawa flat belly tonic bread at a restaurant, or begin on my stash of candy, I was hooked.
I’d be like some crazed addict and feel like I couldn’t get enough. (just one more handful of those yummy jelly bellies)…
Note – Now, I am not tempted by these items anymore, because I simply NEVER EVER keep these foods around my house anymore.
Whatever it is, if your trigger food is in your house… chances are you’ll come up with dozens of excuses about why it’s okay to eat it.
“I’ll workout extra hard tomorrow.”
“I ate really healthy earlier today so it’s okay to cheat tonight”
“I don’t care… give me that darn ice cream scooper!”
